Product Features:
1. This CNC production line incorporates a transverse transfer conveyor, reversing conveyor, material loading conveyor, CNC feeding carriage, twin drilling modules, marking station, automatic outfeed conveyor, hydraulic power unit, and electrical cooling system. 2. A drilling module is installed on each side of the machine, with each module capable of accommodating three drill bits of different specifications. The drilling units are controlled by a CNC positioning system, ensuring precise hole alignment and outstanding processing consistency.
3. Spindle rotation speeds are controlled by frequency inverter technology, allowing continuous speed regulation. Feed rates are adjusted through proportional control valves, while rapid traverse, machining feed, and spindle retraction cycles are executed automatically, enhancing both production efficiency and operational reliability.
4. The line is equipped with an integrated marking device that enables convenient presetting of marking locations. Marking operations, material clamping, and feeding movements are hydraulically driven. A recirculating coolant system is incorporated to improve drilling quality and maximize tool service life.
5. Drilling and marking functions are performed automatically throughout the production cycle. Completed workpieces are unloaded via a pneumatic turnover mechanism, minimizing manual handling requirements and significantly improving production efficiency compared with traditional processing methods.
6. The control architecture consists of an industrial PC, servo drive system, PLC controller, external sensing devices, and auxiliary control components. Processing programs can be generated automatically through the input of workpiece dimensions. In addition, programs can be stored, accessed, displayed, and transferred according to workpiece identification codes, supporting efficient production planning and process management.
7. The production line is equipped with a dedicated supporting and hold-down system specifically designed for angle steel sections with pronounced deformation or bending characteristics, ensuring secure positioning and reliable machining accuracy throughout the process.
