Product Features:
1. The CNC angle steel punching machine is equipped with two or three punching units, each capable of accommodating three different punch sizes. These punching units are precisely controlled via numerical control (NC) to ensure accurate positioning during punching operations. The machine is capable of executing both circular and oval hole punching. Its high-speed feeding and punching functions significantly enhance production efficiency. For 50×50×4mm angle steel, the production output can reach 9–10 tons over an eight-hour shift.
2. The marking unit of the CNC angle steel punching machine is housed within a sturdy and rigid frame. The marking system consists of four cassette sets, which can be selected through programming, with fully adjustable typing positions. Additionally, a 10-row disc marking method is available, automatically selecting characters without manual intervention, thereby greatly improving marking efficiency.
3. The CNC angle steel cutting machine is equipped with a single-blade shearing module, recognized for its superior cutting force. Each cut is performed with zero material waste, delivering a smooth and highly accurate cut surface. The blade housing features an open-door design, facilitating quick and safe blade replacement.

Operators input the processing parameters, and the system automatically generates the corresponding machining program. It also supports reading DXF, NC, and other file formats generated by CAD software. The host computer features an intuitive human-machine interface, providing clear visualization and easy operation. It offers capabilities such as graphical workpiece display, comprehensive data storage, position data visualization, and fault alarm notifications.
