All drilling and steel stamping operations on the angle steel are seamlessly integrated into a single process on this line. The entire workflow is fully automated, eliminating the need for manual intervention and significantly reducing operator labor intensity.

2. The drilling spindle is equipped with a Taiwan BT40 precision spindle (incorporating internal coolant), guaranteeing outstanding drilling efficiency and precision. The drilling unit features six CNC drilling heads, with three positioned on each side of the angle steel. The corresponding heads on both sides can simultaneously drill holes of the same diameter and at identical intervals from the upper ends of the angle steel wings.

3. The software is designed with a bilingual Chinese/English interface, ensuring ease of use and the ability to display workpiece drawings clearly.
4. The programming process is straightforward and efficient; users need only input the workpiece dimensions, hole diameter, spacing, and quantity to generate the program. Additionally, CAD/CAM lofting software can be employed for direct file conversion. The system is fully compatible with NC1 files produced by TEKLA software.
