1. High-Level Automation. The production line is equipped with an automated loading system (featuring a horizontal feeding channel and a rotating loading rack), an automated unloading system, and an automatic feeding mechanism. All drilling and steel stamping operations on the angle steel are performed in a single process on this line. The entire workflow is fully automated, eliminating the need for manual intervention and significantly reducing the labor intensity for operators.

2. The drilling spindle is equipped with a Taiwan BT40 precision spindle (including internal coolant), guaranteeing outstanding drilling efficiency and precision. The drilling unit is furnished with six CNC drilling heads, with three positioned on each wing of the angle steel. The corresponding heads on both sides are capable of simultaneously drilling holes of the same diameter and at identical distances from the upper ends of the angle steel wings.

3. The software features a bilingual Chinese/English interface, providing seamless operation and the ability to display workpiece drawings.
4. Programming is straightforward and efficient; users are required only to input the workpiece dimensions, hole diameter, spacing, and quantity when configuring the program. Alternatively, CAD/CAM lofting software can be used for direct file conversion. The system is fully compatible with NC1 files generated by TEKLA software.
