The machine is primarily composed of a transverse conveyor, rotating loading system, infeed conveyor, CNC infeed carriage, punching unit, marking unit, cutting unit, unloading conveyor, as well as hydraulic, electrical, and pneumatic systems, among other components.
Product Features:
1. It adopts CNC technology and servo motor feeding, featuring high efficiency and stable workpiece precision. Key hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical components are all imported.
2. Each side is equipped with three sets of punches and dies, which can accommodate three types of punches with different diameters. The three sets of moulds can be moved collectively under PLC control to adjust the punching back mark.
3. The computer is equipped with a Chinese/English interface, ensuring easy operation, and can display workpiece drawings. Programming is simplified, and it can directly utilize program data generated by lofting software. When editing programs, only the workpiece size, hole diameter, back mark, and workpiece quantity need to be input.
4. The marking unit adopts a closed frame structure with excellent rigidity. Four groups of character boxes are fixed on the marking unit, which can be selected via program. Marking back marks can be set arbitrarily.
5. The punching, marking, and shearing cylinders are larger in size; the NC carriage is of a new type with enhanced strength; and the clamps are more robust.
