The automated pipe-rod conveying and stacking machine is a petroleum industry device designed for the automated transportation, stacking, and length measurement of oil pipes during minor oil well maintenance operations. It autonomously handles the movement, stacking, and length measurement of oil pipes between the auxiliary bridge, oil sump cofferdam, conveyor, and wellhead hoist. This system successfully fulfills the technical objective of automating the pipe-rod conveying process during minor oil well repairs.

Product Advantages:
1. This machine employs a user-friendly interface for interactive parameter input and is controlled via a PLC system, fully automating the processes of pipe gripping, discharge, transport, and measurement. It automatically measures the length of each pipe and stores the data sequentially for easy access and retrieval. With its straightforward, dependable operation and remarkable flexibility, it eliminates the need for dedicated personnel.
2. The system is equipped with a mobile trolley featuring a follow-up function. This trolley can independently transport the pipe, facilitating both pipe conveyance and length measurement. It can also operate in conjunction with an elevator for either free or towed follow-up. The clamp and trolley work together to lift the pipe, preventing friction between the pipe and the slideway, thereby safeguarding the threads at both ends of the pipe.
3. The system incorporates an electro-permanent magnet mechanism that enables quick magnetic pickup and release. This mechanism swiftly engages and disengages with the pipe, effectively preventing impact-related damage and minimizing noise.
4. The system accurately arranges the pipes for palletizing. For φ89 oil pipes, it positions 30 pipes horizontally and parallel, stacking them in 10 vertical layers for proper alignment and palletization.
5. Remote control functionality is provided to manage any abnormalities during automatic operation, enhancing operational flexibility and ease of use.
